The Les Bons Voisins network has worked for years now with First Rate FX, originally due to me as CEO of our property management network speaking at seminars and encountering Judy Mansfield doing the same for First Rate FX. Simon arranged for Katy to call me and she helped me transfer funds from both Canada and New Zealand .  She certainly has the patience of a saint!  My father was initially skeptical that Katy was offering a legitimate service and my parents were rather concerned that I was making a dubious choice asking them to send my money via First Rate FX.  Katy was great, she sent a range of links and documents so that my dad could read about the company and put his mind at ease.  David and Grant from the UK called both me here in Dubai , and my parents in Canada .  This level of personal service is very reassuring and gives ample opportunity for questions to be asked.

I was most impressed with the efficiency of our first transfer of funds to France. I really appreciated the text message informing me that the money from our bank had arrived in your bank. I am always a little nervous with internet banking, when I transfer funds.
Then later on a further text message informing me that you had sent the funds. We shall be using your company again.

The Job was completed without delay and your team kept me fully informed about progress and anticipated outcome on my several repeated phone calls.
